For legal or copyright notices, please mention “Legal” in the subject line so the message is routed correctly. For advertising and partnership inquiries, please mention “Partnership” in the subject line.

We do not provide account recovery, password reset, or message restoration for disposable inboxes — by design, expired inboxes cannot be recovered.

Before you reach out

A lot of common questions are already answered elsewhere, and checking first is usually the fastest way to get what you need:

  • How the service works — see what a temporary email is and how it works.
  • General questions — our FAQ page covers expiry times, what is safe to receive, and why some sites block disposable addresses.
  • Lost access to an inbox — disposable inboxes are temporary by design and cannot be restored once they expire. Unfortunately nothing on our end can bring an expired inbox back.
  • Reporting abuse — if you have received something abusive or fraudulent from a LettMail address, include the full message details (headers help) and we will act on it promptly.
