LettMail (“we”, “our”, or “the service”) operates the website lettmail.com. This Privacy Policy explains what information we handle when you use our temporary email tool and how we treat that information.
1. Information We Process
LettMail is designed to minimize the data it touches. We do not require you to register, sign in, or provide a name, phone number, or real email address. When you open lettmail.com, your browser shares standard technical information with our servers and with our service providers, including your IP address, browser type, device type, operating system, referring URL, and the time of your visit. We use this information only to operate the service, prevent abuse, and produce aggregate traffic statistics.
2. Temporary Inboxes
The disposable email addresses generated on lettmail.com exist for a short period of time, typically ten minutes, and may be extended by the user. Messages received into these inboxes are stored only for the lifetime of the inbox and are permanently deleted when the inbox expires. We do not archive, sell, or scan the contents of temporary messages for advertising purposes. We do not link disposable addresses to any personal identity.
3. Cookies and Local Storage
We use a small number of cookies and browser local-storage entries to remember your current inbox session, your timer state, and basic preferences. We also use third-party cookies set by our advertising and analytics partners, described in section 4. You can clear these at any time through your browser settings.

Because we do not collect personally identifying information from users of the disposable inbox, most of these rights apply only to data collected through our advertising and analytics partners.
